Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to inciteful.app, inciteful.coach, and incitefulapp.com, operated by Inciteful App, LLC (“Inciteful”). This policy governs data collection and usage across all Inciteful websites and services (collectively, the “Sites”).

  • inciteful.app – used by registered users for surveys, coaching, and account-based services.

  • inciteful.coach – marketing and informational site for individuals interested in coaching.

  • incitefulapp.com – marketing and informational site for businesses and startups using Inciteful’s Expertise-as-a-Service.


By using any of these Sites, you consent to the data practices described below.


Categories of Information We Collect

Depending on your activity on our Sites, we may collect the following categories of data:

Survey responses, coaching notes, and other contributions you provide on inciteful.app are essential to Inciteful’s research and insights platform.
While you may request deletion of your account and personal information, Inciteful will retain anonymized survey and response data that no longer identifies you, to preserve the integrity of our research datasets and analytics.


Personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or demographic markers that can reasonably identify you) will be removed from those records when you request deletion, in accordance with applicable law.


Sharing Information with Third Parties

Inciteful does not sell, rent, or lease user data. We may share information with trusted partners who assist with:

  • Hosting and infrastructure (e.g., AWS)

  • Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag)

  • Communications (e.g., SendGrid, Slack)

  • Payment processing (e.g., Stripe)

These partners are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and use your data only to support Inciteful’s operations.


Cross-Domain Data Use

Information collected through inciteful.app may be used across Inciteful’s domains for legitimate business purposes such as customer support, marketing, and product improvement.


Marketing domains (inciteful.coach and incitefulapp.com) may use cookies and analytics tags to measure advertising effectiveness, while inciteful.app uses cookies necessary for account and platform functionality.
